icloud.erease request pending.

hi to all..

i have iphone 5s. i just check what icloud works if i just try to erease my iphone .

so i click on erease iphone and it just pending from last 15 r 20 days

and iphone is in my use from that day and i use wifi and 3g also.

location services on but icloud always show device is offline?

why my iphone not erased yet?

and now all options are hide like lost mode & lock?

what can i do i just want to erease my iphone

please help me
