When I touch the Mail icon, it lights up the normal email page, but nothing loads and after a few seconds it reverts to Home page. I have done reset, power off, and remove accounts, to no avail.
iPad 2, iOS 8.4.1, Problem began before update.

You may have a bug .
Go to Settings Restore back to Factory Settings after restore use same Apple ID
To get your apps /data back .
Set back up over your WiFi .
This will make ipad like new .
