iTunes will not launch or open. No error codes are given, it just won't open. I'm using Windows 7 on a Dell laptop. I have tried uninstalling everything as instructed, rebooting, re-installing, repairing all components, etc. Nothing has worked so far. I'm using Windows 7 on a Dell laptop.
