How to uninstall a program in Launchpad that doesn't have a delete button or an uninstall program?

Hello,

I recently installed Screencast-o-Matic on my Mac (by accident) and need to remove it hence it's my school laptop. When I open launchpad, it shows the icon for it, but I cannot launch it and use it or anything else. I click & hold until the icon wiggles, but it doesn't have a delete button, there's no uninstall option in a folder anywhere, and I cannot drag it to the trash. How do I uninstall it?
