Itunes Connect: error Invalid Year

Good afternoon
I faced with this problem :
the confirmation Itunes Connect login to write error Invalid Year. But the fields to enter the year of birth is not in the form !!!!
Who knows how to get around this ?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4.1, Devoloper
