apple pay verification going to wrong number

I've been trying to verify my card for apple pay all evening, verification text consistently goes to what I think is an old mobile number (10 years +!) I have checked all my contact details, logged in and out of iCloud, logged in and out of keychain and forced updates in a number of ways. I'm about to throw my phone at something hard, any suggestions? Thanks.
