i want to free up storage on my phone, I keep deleting emails and pictures but still it says my storage is full. i want to downgrade so I do not have to pay for extra storage please help

You can connect your iPhone to your Mac with its USB cable and launch Image Capture (located in the Applications folder). With IC you can download all of your photos to a folder on the Desktop. After you've confirmed that the photos are safely on the hard drive you can delete those photos you don't want on the iPhone with Image Capture.
i do not want to pay for extra storage each month!!! how do i stop this and free up storage on my phone
