Purchased tracks play but no sound, Preferences correct

I tried that but it got me hooked or hacked on to something called g.reader with spurious congratulations on winning something. I had to change all my details. Coincidence maybe but I felt you might like to know. Doesn't seem to be any way of reporting it without making an international call.

The restart made no difference, The purchases play, but without audio. Recently I had an Apple Music trial but decided not to stay with it. Maybe that's relevant somehow, confusing my genuine purchase with my 'non participating' in the Apple Music? Thanks again.
