I'm unable to Add the MPEG-1 Layer 3 Song from iTunes to iPhone.
As per the general Apple Forum I got the solution of converting the Song to specific format. I converted the song format from MPEG-1 Layer 3 to Apple Lossless Encoder, but still I'm not able to Add that format of song from iTunes to iPhone.
Please help me get the solution for this problem I'm facing.

If iTunes recognizes the mp3 there is no reason why the iPhone should not. Is there anything unusual about the mp3 such as an extremely low bitrate?
What makes you think it is not being transferred? What error messages are you seeing?
That's the Problem, I'm not getting error message.
Its just the file is not getting copied to iPhone.

Sample Size: 16 Bit
Sample Rate: 44.100KHz
Channels : Stereo

I guess this might help you getting the root cause.
Do other items sync or is it just that one track?
Other Items are getting synched.
There are some set of songs which are not getting synched.
Basically I'm converting a Video to Audio Online and then trying to sync those to iPhone. But can't 😟
