app store updates downloading very slowly ?

It seems that off late all my app store updates and iTunes downloads for (iPhone 6 and iPad air 2) are getting downloaded awfully slow though I have checked my router and ADSL2 speed and both are working fine with other devices like my Dell XPS and likes . I have changed the DNS setting but the problem has persisted.

If someone can suggest a fix then I would be grateful.
