Old version won't update
I have an outdated version of Garage Band, but the new version does not appear in my updates section. When I try to download it, it tries to charge me $4.99. How do I update for free?
MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
At some point of my trying to fine a way to download the latest version a "flag" popped up and said "Not available in U.S."
