Charging Battery
My iTunes is taking too long to charge my iPod how do I fix it?
iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 8.4.1
Some computer USB is too weak to charge. Try using the Apple USB wall power adapter.

- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
