Q: Darwin Kernel Version 14.5

Hello Everyone,

I am struggling big time here. I have just updated to Yosemite  Version 10.10.5 and I get random reboots and shutdowns constantly.  I reset the Ram, wiped my disk, re-installed OS.. Nothing. Nada. Zip!!  I also ran a diagnostic at the Apple Store and all the hardware seems to check out, though when I hold D down and run a Disk Diagnostic I got this error: 4HDD/11/40000000:SATA(0,0)

Then when the computer shuts down, I've gotten these reports:  PLEASE IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME READ THESE
