How to reset on and off settings on nano 1st generation
How to reset on and off settings on nano 1st generation. When I make on and off changes, go to reset or cancel click on reset, changes are not made.

I have a nano 1st generation ipod..., in Itunes that you should have installed open it
Step 1...attach ipod to computer, when it makes connection right below ipod settings is SUMMARY...click on it...an information form of your ipod opens up...software version 1.3.1... just below is a RESTORE IPOD...click on it and all settings will go back to default.
