How can I upgrade to Windows 10 on Parallels. Windows says get more RAM.

Downloaded everything and installed. Got updates but can't run Win 10 w/o 2 GB RAM more!

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

How much RAM does your MacBook Air have?

How much is assigned to the Windows Virtual Machine?

Note the MacBook Air is not authorized to have users add memory. I don't believe Other World Computing even offers memory for a MacBook Air.

I have 4 GB and cannot move slider to increase more for Parallels. Stuck at 1 GB. My Mac book Air is 6 years old. I think I must use my PC laptop for Windows and forget about Parallels. And I JUST UPGRADED IT. DARN! Thanks for the help!

Yes, that article I attached says you need 2GB minimum for Parallels 10.
