Apple TV cannot connect to itunes.

I am trying to setup my Apple TV. I connected to my wireless network, but now it just sits on Activating: Connecting to activation server. It never changes from this screen. After some time, I hit menu and it had me accept the agreement. I then went and verified I was pulling an IP from the router. However, when I do a test, it cannot connect to the server at this time.
