while charging my ipad for about 2 hours i cant open it now. Since july 2015

What exactly do you mean that you "can't open it?"

Does that mean you can't 'Unlock ' it?

If so, I would recommend a Hard reset

- Holding down the home and the power button at the same time for 15-20 seconds until the Apple Logo Comes on the screen.

- Also, go ahead and update your iPad via iTunes if possible.

Not sure what iOS is support by the iPad however it is worth a shot.

Make an appointment with Apple genius bar for an evaluation.

If you are unable to do anything whatsoever with your device, than it may be necessary to go ahead and make an Appointment with your local Apple Retail Store and see what options are available to you.

If this is the case, and your device is still under warranty, they may be able to swap it out.

However, and whatever the case may be, having them take a look at it can't hurt.

So you held the SLEEP button and the HOME button at the same time for up to 30 seconds, and no Apple logo appeared, and no other message appeared? if that is true then your iPad is broken. Take it to an Apple store for diagnosis.

P.S. If this is an iPad 1st generation, it is definitely not under warranty and the possibility of you having to purchase a new device is very real.
