Since installing windows 10 iphone 5c will not sync. Error message says I do not have acess privilages

Since installing Windows 10, iPhone 5c will not sync to iTunes. Error message says I do not have access privileges. Reset iPhone still no change. Now have basic phone as cannot have custom ringtone, music and no apps
