Can I install Boot Camp on a separate internal SSD?

I think the question sums it up. I have a second, separate internal SSD that has been formatted FAT32, and I'd like to install Boot Camp, but have the entire drive dedicated to the windows system. Is this possible?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

No. Put the SSD in the main bay. If you Mac came with a built-in Optical drive put it back in it's original place and install Windows. Once fully functional, move disks around on the SATA bus. Be aware of SATA issues on Macs older than 2011.
