Hi, my two month old macbook pro wont restart. It froze while I was editing photos in Lightroom and now when I try and restart it can't get past the startup bar and the screen slowly goes grey.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for the help, I tried the steps but it didn't solve the problem so I'm taking it in to be looked at.
