Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
It seems like you can't connect to the iTunes Store on your Windows 8 PC. You mentioned seeing a message that Bonjour is disabled. Bonjour is a networking service that Apple software uses, so it sounds like this is preventing iTunes from accessing the Store.
Enable Bonjour using these steps:
- Click the Start button, type "services.msc" and press Enter (or click the Services Live Tile on the start screen.)
- Double-click Bonjour Service in the window that appears.
- Choose Automatic from the Startup type drop-down menu and click Apply.
- Restart iTunes and try connecting to the iTunes Store again.
If Bonjour is enabled and you still can't connect to the iTunes Store, make sure the Windows firewall isn't preventing the connection. You can use the steps in How to enable iTunes in Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 firewall.
If the issue continues, try the additional troubleshooting steps in the "Mac and PC" section of If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store.
All the best.
