app is halfway installed and wont continue

I recently had to delete all of my apps while I was at a concert because I needed more memory. While I was reinstalling them, I was installing them basically all at once, causing the install times to take longer than usual. My tumblr app got stuck halfway and won't continue installing. I have tried deleting the app, restarting my phone, going to the app store and trying to install it again, but nothing will get it to install all the way. It just says 'loading...' and looks like the image provided below. I use tumblr almost everyday so not having it for this past week has been awful. I would really like advice on how to fix it.
