No Fade-In Titles Date/Time Title

How do I make it so a title does not fade in?

I want the text to be static throughout.

Also, how do you change the date/time on the Date/Time title to reflect the date and time of the first clip, not the creation of the Project/Movie/Theatre (I wish they'd settle on a single term).

iMovie 10, latest version.
