I get a lot of workingmail with heavy attachments.
The statistics shows that mail takes 5 GB. Then I deleted it almostall. But the mail still takes 5 GB, although there remains no more than 1 GB.
Tell me how to delete this cache to free up space.

I resolved this problem but not so simply as you can think.
If you have enough spase on yout iOS devise, then you don't need do nothing, even if your mail app is 7GB
So. If you haven't `free space, than you need download any movies in iTunes Store on you devise. Than iOS itself clean cache in mail app.

Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down
Until you see Apple Logo .
If you still have problems Restore back to
Factory settings .

I still have that problem.
I don't want to restore back to Factory settings.
I think another way of resolving have to be.
I resolved this problem by removal of mail account and setting it again.
After that I downloaded only last 150 messages. Now I have only 150 Mb of mail.
