Q: how can i remove an incomplete backup from icloud server and start a fresh backup?

I have 2 Apple devices an iPhone5 and an iPad. I have an incomplete backup for my iPhone5 on iCloud.

I tried several times to complete the backup, but each time after 1 or 2 days connected to power supply and WiFi I had no success,

I even reset all settings on my iPhone once but did no help.

I also deleted my iPad backup on iCloud may be it could help but still no change.

How can I get rid of the incomplete backup and start a fresh one?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.4.1

Will it not delete if you use the 'Delete backup' option

Thanks for your reply. Yes it deletes in my iPhone and also on iCloud temporarily, but as soon as I want to start a fresh backup I see that it is still there and has occupied 2GB of my iCloud storage!

Yes dear. I check the iCloud storage situation by using iCloud for Windows using my PC and I have also tried deleting the incomplete backup there, but as I said before when I want to start a fresh backup on my iPhone, first it shows that it's deleted but after a minute or so it shows that it is still there and not deleted!

Then assuming you are using the software stated in your profile, I think you should contact Apple.
