when I am using as app it will just randomly shut down. when opening my settings it takes me onto the settings but it is scrolled half way down. my messages will randomly change over to audio input when I can typing. my settings and messaging when go half screen when ever t feel like it too. how can I fix it please! its ******* me off.

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.
