Mac Pro 2013, dust build up

Hi There. Okay so I run my Mac Pro in a fairly clean room, on my desk. It runs for 8 hours a day. I have noticed that the vent on the bottom has brought in a bit of dust over the past 9 months I've owned this machine. I dust of the machine with the cloth that came with my Macbook pro once a week, and clean off the top. It is clear it has built up a bit of dust in its vents though. Should i worry/should I try to clean? It is right inside. Obviously it has very little vent holes/mesh which can easily become clogged. Although this is not it, this picture is very indicative of what the vents underneath look like as far as dust % goes. http://sheffieldcomputerservices.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/dirty-macbook- pro-fan-cleaning-sheffield.jpg
