So then contact O2 and ask them to unlock it.

I would like to oblige but you have some detail on the post which is unwise to show.   I have mentioned it to the hosts who will hopefully edit it.

the only one that can unlock is the provider. If it is not you who the phone is locked to, you must find the original owner and ask him/her to ask for an unlock.

If you can not find hem/her, you have bought a brick.

Next time do not show personal data like the IMEI number.
