My iPad was working fine, with lots of growers open and running, I did not notice the charge was low until the battery was drained.
Since then it will not charge, the chargers are working, I have reset, and the home screen will flick on for a second then back to apple logo or battery pic. what else can I do? I am out of warranty.

Replace the battery. It has probably expired.
