Notes - the wording of my notes change with no inputs

Hi,

Few days after I am writing a note the wording of the note is changing without any inputs. Letters are added to the notes without any inputs. The notes become unreadable.

This fenumena happens in few of my notes and not in all of them.

What is the problem and how can I solve it?
