found an album, Songs of innocence.... I never purchased, deleted it, message said something about you will no longer see this purchase
I wasted time looking to see how I had purchased an album I don't want

wasted more time trying to remove it... trying to find someone to contact to have it removed
I want it removed and I want to have apple stop adding music I don't want to my library

but that was only part of the question.... it took time I did not have to waste to remove something I didn't ask for
how can I stop itunes from invading my library?
they think it is ok to add an album I don't want?
and judging by the number of people asking how to remove it... I'm not the only one

The Songs Of Innocence album was given free to everyone free last year when the iPhone 6 / 6s were announced. Judging by the number of people who have complained about it, and Apple subsequently adding the removal (or hide if it had been downloaded) option for it, I would assume that something similar won't be done again

they are not as responsive to customer preferences as one might hope, like so many BIG companies, they are convinced they are right
