Apple assistance: an example of stupidity

I want to show the stupidity of some assistance policies practiced by Apple.

I do it by telling a story that happened to me yesterday at an apple store.

The devices for which I had two problems: a ipad3 and an iphone 5s.

the iPad had a battery problem and the iPhone had a problem with the camera

Therefore, I go in the store, I illustrate the problems of the boy who, after a brief consultation with the manual online, tells me:

1. for ipad expect a replacement cost of € 329,00;

2. for the phone we expect a replacement cost of € 249.00.

Well what to say? In this way, the assistance can make anyone, you just replace and ask the money ....
