MacBook Pro 13" 09 > ThunderBolt 27" > iMac 27" 2015

I have a Macbook Pro 13" Mid 2009 and I'm planning to buy a ThunderBolt Display 27", thus it far any chance connecting it to my MBP?
Thus any connector will support Mini Display to Thunderbolt or vice versa? Because I also want it to connect to my iMac 27", so Thunderbolt should just plug and play switching to MBP to iMac or vice versa. iMac 27" is the high priority..

Any suggestions would be appreciated..

Apple LED Cinema Display 27" is tough to find as it was out dated and it might not work on my iMac..
