Mac osx Startup disk - Multiple partition

Hi ,

I have just bought MacBook bro with 500gb of storage. I would like to partition it into 4 drive with 100GB(for startup drive),100GB,100GB,200GB.

I tried disk utility where I cant do more than 2 partition also could not able to change the disk size once I chosen the drive(by default its 250gbX2).

Can you please help me on this. waiting for long to make it possible.
