Might be a tad helpful to know that.

I think if we knew that, we might be able to fix it 🙂

It seems to be part of the syncing services - CloudDocsDaemon?

I can't find any other mention of this issue on the web, apart from this unfruitful discussion

finder crashing continually (Process Bird)

It started quite randomly for me.

I had this issue for two days, with the "bird quit unexpectedly" dialog box popping up 15-20 times every hour. After working with Apple technicians over two days, the simple solution in my case was to log out of iCloud (System Preferences), restart, and log back into iCloud. Apparently an iCloud file somewhere was corrupted and by logging out and back in, it refreshed the file and no more issues. I am running a MacBook Pro on Yosemite 10.10.5 btw. Hope this helps!
