Trouble with MediaBrowser in Mail.app

I see this when opening Mediabrowser in a new message:

A triangle letting me expand it to uncover categories (Faces, Places and so on) is gone. In other Apple apps I see it. Tried restart, PRAM reset, cleaning iLifeMediaBrowser's cache to no avail. Could somebody help me?
