I have iPad mini 2 iOS 8.3 and download speed on AppStore is extremely slow even for smaller apps like 20mb and my wifi connection has 2mbps download speeda

i have iPad mini 2 iOS 8.3 recently on the AppStore I'm getting extremely slow speeds even for small apps like 20mb it takes whole night and sometimes download never completes my wifi internet connection has 2Mbps


plz reply asap as I have just earesed my iPad and I have to downlod apps
