My iPad 2 is working normally except the Mail screen displays a formatted blank (spaces for mail, etc.), then goes dark, then goes back to the desktop. The icon shows that I have 15 messages, but I cannot see or access any of them. Help!! (Not sure what operating system I have or how to find it.)

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

I cannot sign in with my Apple password (the same one I used to get here) to turn off the Find iPad, so cannot complete the Reset all settings. I got that far, but now stuck. Any ideas? The other options did not work.
