How do i acces to see her browsing history in her phone from my phone? i can see her open tabs in safari, but cannot see the browsing history

Not for nothing, but is there a particular reason you want to see your GF's browsing history, particularly from your own phone not hers? That sounds kind of shady to me.
There isn't a way to view browsing history from another iPhone on your iPhone.
Also, it's not a good idea for you both to be using the same Apple ID. You should each have a unique Apple ID and then you can share apps, music, etc with Family Sharing.
And I agree with pinkstones. If you have a committed relationship then you shouldn't need to be spying on her history. If you have any reason to suspect anything, that would be even a bigger reason not to be sharing an Apple ID.
