Custom RRULE for my days off

I am trying to learn the ins and outs of creating custom RRULE statements. I found one for my paydays (the 15th or last weekday before the 15th AND the last day of the month or last weekday before the last day of the month) and I am hoping to create one for my days off. My days off are Thursday and Friday and every other weekend. So using this week as an example I have Th, Fr, Sa, Su off (Aug 27-30). Next week I just have Th, Fri (Sep 3-4).

Is it possible to do this is with one RRULE statement?
