My iPhone 5s is not rebooting for last 5 years

I Have updated to IOS 8.4.1 today. sudeenly the phone contacts and email went blank. When I tried to reboot it, it's more than 4 hours I can see only apple logo and the line below is not moving.

Try another soft-reset and see if that gets it to boot up properly.

If it doesn't then try recovery mode and restore to your backup : If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
