I want to delete photos in iCloud, in Recently deleted Album, before those 40 days expire... I need to delete them immediately! Please help!

On your Mac in Photos: File menu > Show Recently Deleted and then click on the photo you want and then click the Delete button at the top right. It will be deleted from Recently Deleted on both your Mac and at iCloud.com
