Q: Sharing/Screen Share between iMac and Macbook Pro
Hey,
Ever since updating to Yosemite I've found endless problems when trying to share between my iMac and Macbook Pro in the finder window. Under the shared title I find that sometimes, both connect absolutely fine. Both appear, both "connect to" perfectly, and both share screen. However, most of the time either one is missing from the others list, or both will come up "cannot connect" and then completely disappear! It's a nightmare! I end up having to restart both machines on the off chance that it might fix itself.
Does anyone know what the issue is?? Connected to the same Wifi, IP addresses are fine, file sharing and screen share enabled on both but having endless issues with it! Yosemite in my opinion has caused more issues than it's worth! Never had a problem with bluetooth before yet my headset now struggles to connect occasionally ever since updating.
But anyway, more to the point ... Anyone have any ideas?
