factory unlocked iPhone 4S. issues with cellular and Wifi

hi i am having a factory unlocked iPhone 4S. However sometime back cellular stopped functioning. Now recently wifi got grayed. Since then i am not able to sync to itunes as well. How to resolve the issue. (Phone was bought in USA and am in India now)
