Cannot get mail message

On both my iPhone 6 and my iPad with the latest software 8.4.1 loaded, when checking for e mail, I get an annoying message come up saying "CANNOT GET MAIL. The mail server mail.freeola.net is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings”. My ISP is Freeola.

My account info is correct because i do in fact get my e mail OK.

How can I stop this irritating message from appearing ?

It would appear that nobody is interested in this constant problem. I to have been having this problem on my iPhone 4s with the constant nag cannot get mail even though I always receive and send with no problem. Another nag is cannot connect with server even when I am connected. BTW I am running 7.1.2
