That message is a scam. There probably isn’t any malware on the computer; unless you notice any other odd behavior or unexplained slowness, you don’t need to do anything.

I thought so, but it is so scary! I always used microsoft prior to this mac and we had to delete cookies, and defray, clean out files Do you have to do any maintenance of that sort on mac other than empty your trash?
