Iphone6 plus and call uses hearing aids and speaker

I have the Iphone 6 plus and Resound Enzo 9. When I answer a phone call the call goes through my hearing aids (correctly) but the call is also broadcast through the speaker on the phone, so all those around me call here the phone call. Is there a way to turn off the speaker, but still get use of the microphone on the phone?
