Is there a shorter stand for the iMac 21.5" (2015 model) or a wall mount that would work with it? Stand is too tall to fit under my kitchen cabinets.

Nope sorry, plus the latest iMac models can only be configured with a vest mount when they are ordered online from Apple.
Nope, can you tilt the display to make it work? If not then you will have to move the computer to another location or re-do your cablinets (I know that's not going to happen but had to say it).
