I need help with making more room in my startup disk
I don't know why is showing in storage that i have lots of photos in my hard drive when i keep everything in an external drive same with itune

I suggest that you download from the Internet OmniDiskSweeper and Grand Perspective (both free) and open them. They will show all of your files and the respective sizes. Delete data from your MBP HDD or transfer data to an external HDD which you do not want on the MBP. Do not forget to empty trash. Only then is space allocated for new data.

I should have mentioned that depending upon the MBP, you might consider installing a larger capacity storage drive. They come up to 2 TB in capacity.
