How do I export iPhone Contacts to iCloud Contacts?

I just watched a YouTube video about syncing contacts between iCloud, Gmail, and my Mac, plus all iOS devices. Well, I now have contacts on my iPhone that are not in iCloud....

How do I now export my iPhone contacts to iCloud, so ALL contacts are the same, and then have the iCloud contacts as the default list, that is exported to everything else?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

I still have different contacts on my iPhone and Gmail and iCloud. it seems as if I just add all my contacts to iCloud and turn iCloud on my contacts should all be the same right?

Try turning off Contacts syncing on the iPhone (in Settings), wait a couple of minutes, and then resync.
